Logging in and out of keys is documented securely in Gatekeeper, leaving a complete history and audit trail of who used what key and when.

With Gatekeeper, identifiers can be used to expedite the key management process. For example, a corporate badge can be scanned to unlock a specific key for use. The person checking out the key can then easily return it to the secured box when they are finished using it.
Logs and Reporting
All key management processes are logged in the Gatekeeper system for reporting, auditing, and management purposes. Gatekeeper's Admin Console allows for easy report generation and historical log searching to see who used specific keys at specific times.
Because the key management devices are connected to the central Gatekeeper system, the same identifiers used for escorting guests or logging visits into physical areas can be used to check out keys. Permission to keys is configurable and easy to manage, allowing for ultimate flexibility while maintaining maximum protection and security.
